Panexin CD is a chemically defined serum replacement for the cultivation of adherent and non-adherent cells under serum-free culture conditions or to significantly reduce the amount of serum in cell culture. It supports the growth of many cell types in an optimum manner without any extra handling compared to serum. It contains recombinant proteins (< 0.1 % w/v), lipids, salts, amino acids, trace elements and hormones in an optimized formulation, without growth factors, hydrolysates or peptones.
PAN-Biotech quality. Panexin CD is manufactured by PAN-Biotech / PAN-Celltech and released against a defined quality-control panel; the matched GMP grade is available as CT-93100.
