Pancoll Human, density 1.077 g/ml
Density-gradient medium (1.077 g/ml) for the isolation of mononuclear cells from blood. · Density-gradient separation solution · RUO (P04-60500)
Pancoll (density 1.077 g/ml) is a ready-to-use, sterile density-gradient medium for the isolation of mononuclear cells – such as lymphocytes and peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) – from blood. During density-gradient centrifugation the mononuclear cells band at the interface while erythrocytes and granulocytes sediment. It is widely used to prepare PBMCs prior to cell isolation, activation or expansion.
PAN-Biotech quality. Pancoll Human, density 1.077 g/ml is manufactured by PAN-Biotech / PAN-Celltech and released against a defined quality-control panel; a GMP grade is available on request where applicable.
