It is an animal-free alternative for cell/virus lysis and enveloped-virus inactivation, used where animal-free processing is required – across cell & gene therapy, vaccine and antibody workflows. It is a future-proof, animal-free choice for applications where octylphenol ethoxylates such as Triton™ X-100 have been used.
Made with genuine Triton™ CG-110. PANclear APG 10% Solution is formulated from authentic Triton™ CG-110 (alkyl polyglucoside) raw material.One GMP quality. - No SVHC, no authorisation burden – PANclear APG is not a substance of very high concern and is not listed for authorisation under REACH (Annex XIV). The compliance uncertainty tied to an authorisation-subject surfactant – use scrutiny, use declarations and liability exposure – does not apply.
- Supplied for production, including GMP – because it is not authorisation-subject, PANclear APG can be supplied for production and process manufacturing, not only for research and development.

For applications currently using octylphenol ethoxylates. Octylphenol ethoxylates such as Triton™ X-100 are listed on the REACH Authorisation List (Annex XIV; sunset date 4 January 2021); their continued use in the EU requires an authorisation or a specific exemption (for example, research and development). PANclear APG provides a non-ionic detergent for the same lysis and enveloped-virus-inactivation applications – without that authorisation path – and can be supplied for production and GMP use.
