Sodium Chloride Solution 0.9 % is an isotonic, physiological saline sterile-filtered through a 0.2 µm filter. It contains 9.0 g/L sodium chloride in cell culture grade water and is released after testing for sterility, pH and osmolality. Physiological saline is used to maintain osmotic pressure, as a wash solution for living cells, as a diluent to adjust ionic strength in buffers and media, and as a carrier solution. A GMP-grade version (CT-39500) is available.

Reliable isotonic saline for the cell culture lab. 0.9 % NaCl, 0.2 µm sterile-filtered and quality controlled.
