Pluronic F-68 10 % is a sterile solution of a non-ionic surfactant used to protect cells from shear forces in suspension and bioreactor culture. In stirred and sparged systems, gas bubbles and agitation can damage cells; Pluronic F-68 reduces this shear and bubble-associated damage, improving viability at higher agitation and aeration rates. A GMP-grade version (CT-02110) is in preparation (coming soon).
