Panserin Pro Vero is a defined, serum-free medium based on DMEM/F12, developed for the cultivation of Vero cells (kidney epithelial cells) in adherent culture for vaccine production. It contains L-glutamine, less than 0.2 % animal components and no hydrolysates. The formulation supports high-density growth while maintaining the cells’ susceptibility to viral infection, with defined components that facilitate downstream purification.
