Pancoll platelets, density 1.063 g/ml
Pancoll platelets, density 1.063 g/ml – Pancoll Density Gradient Separating Solution
Pancoll platelets, density 1.063 g/ml, density gradient separating solution (1.063 g/ml)
RUO (P04-67500)
Pancoll platelets, density 1.063 g/ml is a ready-to-use density gradient separation solution based on a hydrophilic polysaccharide (molecular weight 400,000 Da). At a density of 1.063 g/ml, it is optimised for enrichment of platelets by density gradient centrifugation: cells are layered over the Pancoll solution and, after centrifugation, fractions separate according to their density while red cells and granulocytes aggregate and sediment. The low density targets the platelet fraction.
Reliable density-gradient separation. A ready-to-use Pancoll solution at 1.063 g/ml for enrichment of platelets.
Why Pancoll platelets, density 1.063 g/ml
- Defined density – 1.063 g/ml, matched to the target fraction.
- Ready-to-use – no preparation, layer and centrifuge.
- Gentle separation – hydrophilic polysaccharide, well tolerated by cells.
- Reproducible – quality-controlled for consistent gradients.
