For human granulocytes

Pancoll human for granulocytes, density 1.119 g/ml is a ready-to-use density gradient separation solution based on a hydrophilic polysaccharide (molecular weight 400,000 Da). At a density of 1.119 g/ml, it is optimised for granulocyte isolation from human whole blood by density gradient centrifugation: cells are layered over the Pancoll solution and, after centrifugation, fractions separate according to their density while red cells and granulocytes aggregate and sediment. For granulocyte isolation it is recommended to combine Pancoll granulocytes 1.119 with Pancoll human 1.077.

Reliable density-gradient separation. A ready-to-use Pancoll solution at 1.119 g/ml for granulocyte isolation from human whole blood.

Why Pancoll human for granulocytes, density 1.119 g/ml

  • Defined density – 1.119 g/ml, matched to the target fraction.
  • Ready-to-use – no preparation, layer and centrifuge.
  • Gentle separation – hydrophilic polysaccharide, well tolerated by cells.
  • Reproducible – quality-controlled for consistent gradients.
