Gelatine Solution 0.1 % in DPBS is a ready-to-use coating reagent. Gelatine is a heterogeneous mixture of water-soluble proteins derived from collagen (here Type A, from porcine skin). Coating culture vessels with gelatine improves the attachment of many cell types, including endothelial cells and stem cells, and is a simple, economical surface treatment.
