DPBS (10x) without calcium and magnesium is a ten-fold concentrate of Dulbecco’s Phosphate Buffered Saline. Diluted 1:10 with cell culture grade water it gives a standard 1x DPBS for washing cells and tissues and as a carrier solution. The concentrate saves storage space and lets you prepare the volume of 1x buffer you need. A GMP-grade version (CT-53500) is available.
