Panserin 413 is a ready-to-use, serum-free, low-protein (< 0.1 % w/v) medium with minimal animal-derived components (< 0.6 %) for the serum-free cultivation and proliferation of lymphocytes from whole blood. It can be used for the enrichment of T-, CIK-, LAK- and NK-cells, and supports expansion of T-cells from PBMC or whole blood after stimulation (e.g. with PHA-L or anti-CD3).
PAN-Biotech quality. Panserin 413 is manufactured by PAN-Biotech / PAN-Celltech and released against a defined quality-control panel; a GMP grade is available on request where applicable.
