Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), 30 % low salt, with azide
BSA 30 % Solution, Low Salt, with Azide – Bovine Serum Albumin
Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), 30 % low salt, with azide, preserved solution with added albumin polymers
RUO (P06-138110)
Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) 30 % solution, low salt, is an optimised albumin solution with added albumin polymers for increased avidity and a low sodium and chloride content. BSA (molecular weight 66,430 Da) is the main protein of serum; in cell culture and assays it stabilises cell membranes, binds fatty acids, bilirubin, hormones and potentially toxic elements, and serves as a protein stabiliser and diluent. This variant contains azide as a preservative for extended shelf life and is manufactured under ISO 9001-certified conditions.
High-avidity BSA for stable assays. A 30 % low-salt albumin solution with added polymers and azide preservative, ready to use.
Why Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA), 30 % low salt, with azide
- Increased avidity – added albumin polymers for stronger binding.
- Low salt – minimised sodium and chloride content.
- Preserved – azide added for extended shelf life.
- Ready-to-use – 30 % solution, ISO 9001-certified manufacture.
