HT Supplement is a 50x concentrated solution of hypoxanthine and thymidine, without aminopterin. After hybridomas have been selected in HAT medium, the medium is gradually changed to HT Supplement so that cells can recover from aminopterin exposure while the salvage-pathway substrates hypoxanthine and thymidine remain available. A GMP-grade version (CT-03100) is in preparation (coming soon).
