FBS Premium ultra low IgG is a treated fetal bovine serum in which the IgG content is reduced by affinity chromatography (protein-G affinity column) to a maximum of 5 µg/ml, compared with typical levels of 70-330 µg/ml. Biological activity is retained. It is sourced from serum of defined South America origin, with the country of origin confirmed on the Certificate of Analysis for each lot and is 0.2 µm sterile-filtered.
Minimal bovine IgG background. Protein-G affinity chromatography reduces IgG to max. 5 µg/ml while retaining biological activity, supporting antibody production and monoclonal antibody work.
