Panexin NTA is a serum-free serum substitute supplied as a ready-to-use solution that supports the adherent growth of many cell types in an optimal manner. Its defined formulation contains purified proteins (< 2 % w/v), lipids, salts, amino acids, trace elements, attachment factors and hormones, deliberately without growth factors or undefined hydrolysates. It retains trace animal components (< 2 % w/v); an animal-component-free adaptation is available on request. Panexin NTA replaces fetal bovine serum for standardized, reproducible adherent cell culture.
