EMEM Fibroblast is based on Eagle’s Minimum Essential Medium and is optimized for fibroblast culture with additional or higher concentrations of amino acids and vitamins, tailored for improved fibroblast growth. The medium maintains fibroblast morphology and function through multiple passages. For use, 10 % FBS must be supplemented.
