Endopan PRO is a complete, ready-to-use medium developed for the in vitro culture of human endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs), containing all components necessary for optimal colony formation, clonogenic growth and rapid proliferation. It is provided with an FBS growth supplement that is pre-screened and tested for progenitor cells. The medium maintains the progenitor state of the cells while allowing controlled differentiation into mature endothelial cells when appropriate signals are provided. EPCs are important for vascular regeneration and are being investigated for treating ischemic diseases.
