ISF-1 is a serum-free, cholesterol-free formulation that supports hybridoma growth through multiple passages while maintaining antibody production. It contains less than 0.1 % w/v animal-derived components and proteins each, no added hydrolysates, stable glutamine, and bicarbonate buffering. The built-in surfactant removes the need for additional shear protection and enables robust growth in suspension; external cholesterol may be added if required for specific lines.
