Endonuclease Solution is a broad-range endonuclease (Benzonase-type) for downstream processing. It digests host-cell DNA and RNA to reduce viscosity and clear residual nucleic acids during clarification, lysate treatment and polishing – mainly in vaccine and cell & gene therapy processes. Note: as a broad DNA/RNA nuclease it is not intended for mRNA template removal, where a dedicated RNase-free DNase is required.
