Complete Production

Demonstrating our full-service capabilities, we handle every aspect of manufacturing. Products have the required testing, labelling and packaging and are ready-to-ship. Typically, we purchase the raw materials, but if preferred, you can also directly provide us with the necessary materials for manufacturing.

Customized Bag Solutions

We offer flexible options for our 2D and 3D bags, allowing customization of tubing length and types of attached connectors (male/female). Furthermore, we provide individual transport containers tailored for our 2D and 3D bags. Your bags will arrive in the specified containers, simplifying transport and integration into your processes. After use, the containers are returned to us for reuse.

Thanks to our exceptional purchasing department, we can meet your specific requirements seamlessly. You have the freedom to specify the raw materials needed or choose preferred suppliers. Additionally, if you require your products to be filled into containers not currently in our inventory, simply inform us, and we’ll accommodate your request.

Testing

Our products undergo rigorous quality testing to ensure adherence to the highest standards. We test the following parameters:

General: pH, osmolality, sterility, conductivity, endotoxin, mycoplasma (PCR, DAPI staining), bioburden, density, RNase / DNase activity, glucose, L-glutamine, nitrate, and more
Serum: Hemoglobin, total protein, albumin, globulins, cholesterol, triglycerides, and more
Virus tests: BVDV, BHV-1, PI-3, BTV, BAV, and more
Performance: Cell growth (generation time), plating efficiency, cloning efficiency
Raw materials: Identification with Raman spectroscopy
