The biotechnology company PAN-Biotech offers a broad portfolio of liquid media, also in 2D bags or 3D bags. The range includes media from PAN-Biotech as well as customer formulations.
With the use of bags, plastic consumption can be reduced enormously by dispensing With PET bottles. By using only one 50 L bag, a plastic volume of more than 10 kg can be saved. (A 50 L bag replaces 100 500 ml bottles with a plastic weight of 0.1 kg / bottle).

PAN Biotech offers a broad range of liquid media in 2D bags.
Including standard media as well as special media according to customers’ formulations. The single-use bags are specially designed for use in biotechnology and diagnostics. The layer contacting the product of our 2D Single-Use-Bags consists of ethyl vinyl acetate (EVA).

BSE-TSE status: Raw materials compliant with European Guidance EMA / 410/01
- Classified as fluid path USP Class VI to AAMI TIR33 with 10-6 Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) Gamma
After sterile filling of the media the bags are placed in two low-germ outer packaging. Having passed the Quality Assurance the goods are ready for immediate shipping to the customer.

The standard sizes of our used Single-Use 2D bags are: 1 liter / 5 liters / 10 liters / 20 liters / 50 liters
Depending on the customer’s requirements, the products are filled sterilely or not sterilely.

The tubes, like the connections / couplings, are packed with low-germ and autoclaved. To complete our service, an in house shipping service is available to deliver the filled bags to your site just-in-time. With our plug-and-use system (PnU) you can start directly with the application.
