In a few days, you will receive the PAN collection box containing 3 PAN collection bags. To avoid packaging waste, the first collection bag also serves as the shipping packaging.

Once you have filled the PAN collection bag with empty PET cell culture bottles, remove it from the box, seal it securely, and prepare it for shipment.

The return label will be included with the parcel when we collect it from you. Shipping is 100% climate-neutral. Further information can be found at the following link:

Important: Please provide the pickup address as precisely as possible, as the carrier can only collect the goods at the specified location.

Return notice:
We currently only support material recycling for PET bottles. Please do not return other plastic products, such as:

✘ Pipettes

we kindly ask you not to return PET cell culture bottles that are contaminated with the following substances
in dangerous or reportable quantities:

- Toxic substances
- (e.g. carcinogenic, mutagenic, toxic to reproduction, cytostatic)

- Radioactive substances

- Biohazardous substances
- (e.g. infectious)
